AI for real estate speed, clarity, and smarter deals.

Nadlanet, an early-stage real estate startup using AI to help agents manage clients, properties, and deals smarter.

"I’m juggling WhatsApp, folders, and sheets… half the time I forget which client asked for what. How am I supposed to keep up?"

The Why

Problem

The project began with a core pain: agents losing time in endless messages. Instead of building a broad system, I focused on essentials starting with a smart keyboard to save time and prevent lost deals. Unlike generic tools, our solution is built for real estate: one home for daily work and growth.

The Voices of Agents

Agents repeatedly highlighted wasted time, missed clients, and the urgent need for a simple all-in-one tool. To dig deeper, I conducted interviews, field observations, and competitor research all pointing to the same conclusion:

Problem

Where It All Started

Challenge

Real estate agents rely on scattered tools WhatsApp, Excel, external boards, and generic platforms. This creates chaos, wasted hours, and deals worth ₪20,000–100,000 slipping away.

Opportunity

With few tailored solutions and limited competition, the market is open for a scalable and profitable product that agents are already waiting for.

The Journey Behind Every Deal

This journey map captures the key steps real estate agents take , from finding leads to closing deals. It reveals their actions, goals, feelings, and pain points, while highlighting opportunities to improve the experience.

Existing situation

Why This Was Done

Real estate agents rely on multiple tools to manage leads, clients, and properties, but none truly fit their daily workflow. Some focus on marketing, others on property management, and many are either too complex or too basic. The goal was to see where tools work, where they fail, and how a new solution could bring real value.

Existing situation

Turning Research into Practical Design

Understanding the Problem
Research showed agents rely on scattered tools, causing inefficiency and missed opportunities.

Existing situation

What I Found

Agents face scattered info across apps, sheets, and chats leading to chaos and lost deals. Heavy tools are overwhelming, light tools lack basics, and most platforms ignore mobile the agent’s real workspace.

“I jump between WhatsApp, Sheets, and boards… in the end I forget who said what.”

“A hot lead slipped through the cracks by the time I followed up, they had already bought elsewhere.”

“I don’t need a complicated system. I need one place that saves me from chasing details.”

The Why

The project started from a core pain point: agents wasting time on endless client messages. While the founder envisioned a broad system, I focused on the essentials, beginning with the keyboard feature to save time and prevent lost deals. Unlike tools like Monday.com, our solution is tailored for real estate, combining a management platform with an agent community one home for daily work, built to grow

Some focus on marketing, others on property management, and many are either too complex or too basic. The goal was to see where tools work, where they fail, and how a new solution could bring real value.

Existing situation

What I Found

The main issue is fragmentation: information is scattered across apps, sheets, and chats causing chaos, missed follow-ups, and lost deals. Enterprise tools are powerful but too heavy, while lighter tools lack basics like reminders, tracking, and reporting. On top of that, most platforms are still desktop-first, making mobile use frustrating, even though it’s the agent’s main workspace.

Improving the situation

Conclusion

The market is crowded but misaligned with agents’ real needs. What’s missing is a truly mobile-first solution that unifies leads, properties, and communication in one place, with a simple interface that saves time and helps agents close deals faster.

Building screens

Planning the core screens

The process started with sketches and wireframes to map agent workflows and inefficiencies. I then translated insights into flows and low-fidelity screens before moving to visuals.

Core screens Home, Leads, Projects, Buyers were designed to cut friction and save time. User feedback shaped key decisions: Bottom navigation bar for simpler flow Quick keyboard for faster property sharing Structured data to avoid lost leads

Result: a practical, intuitive platform aligned with agents’ real needs.

Reflection

This project taught me to base every design decision on real user feedback, not assumptions. I saw how small improvements like simpler navigation or quick-access tools can greatly boost efficiency.

If I were to improve, I would add advanced analytics and explore integrations with more real estate platforms.

My main contribution was leading the process end-to-end: research, wireframes, testing, and final design. I kept the solution user-centered, practical, and valuable for agents.
